"Oh my sweet mother of snap was this a disaster. They don't mention on the website they are undergoing massive renovations on EVERY floor, (which by the way are sorely needed). You have to work your way around construction materials and crew to get to your room. When we went in to my mothers room it smelled like R Kelly had a party there. "Terrible service the send my room twice and a person entry in my room by 3am, and after that can’t sleep any more, l call service desk and they say sorry we move the person to different room. That is disrespectful. That hotel is very unsafe; something else could have happened. And even with that, they double-charged me, I'm still fighting to resolve to this day."

"Overall, everything was great! The mountain views were beautiful, and the place had a cozy, rustic feel. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The lake and pool were drained since it was the off-season, but that was totally fine—we just needed a place to stay while visiting family. The only things I wish the room had were a mini fridge and microwave. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again and explore more , especially once the season starts."

"This is a beautiful park in a beautiful area, and we come often. Staff was very helpful. Cabins are in beautiful cliff setting so expect steps and narrow turns of the car. We stayed there coming and going and some maintenance is needed on the first cabin. Food was good."
