"I stayed at Best Western Oceanfront and overall had a mixed experience. The location is excellent—right by the beach and very convenient for restaurants and nearby attractions. The staff was very nice, kind, and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, the carpet in the room had a very strong unpleasant smell, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. During a previous stay, I was offered free parking and even received a room upgrade, which left a very positive impression. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay, I was charged for parking and did not receive a room upgrade, even though the carpet in the room had a very bad smell. This made the experience feel less satisfactory compared to before. I still appreciate the great location and the kindness of the staff, but I hope the hotel improves consistency in guest experience and room conditions."
