"The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Bathroom shower fixtures need to be replaced. It didn't work at all and then when they "repaired" it, it was coming out of the wall."

"The breakfast was wonderful and was one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the evening reception was very disappointing. The snacks appeared to be stale and tasted like leftovers from the Fourth of July holiday, which was not what I expected.
I have stayed at many Embassy Suites locations, and because this is marketed as an upscale resort, I expected a much higher standard. The evening reception fell far short of those expectations.
Our experience at the Rhum Bar was also very poor....
