"First A HUGE COCKROACH- WIDE AND LONG- 2 INCHES LONG AT LEAST 1 INCH ACROSS RAN RIGHT BY THE LOBBY DOOR BEFORE I COULD EVEN GO IN. THEN, we had reserved a room with a jetted tub.
