Hotel Murah di Mandarin

"The first room we checked into had a very strong, unpleasant odor, particularly in the bathroom, that did not dissipate. The staff was very gracious and accommodating when we requested another room. The second room was acceptable, and the bathroom, bedding, and surfaces appeared clean. The elevator also had an unpleasant odor, and the displayed inspection certificate appeared to have expired in August 2025. We appreciated the staff's helpfulness, but the overall condition of the property was...

"Clean hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed on an extra night for medical appointment. Would stay here again."

"Great location to NAS Jax. Check in was easy and quick."

"Everything went smoothly, check-in & Wi-Fi, the room was excellent and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast very poor. It seemed totally unorganized, I had to look for the coffee area both coffee jug were empty one on the cereal containers was empty, bananas ran out along with the hard boiled eggs. A positive item they have Almond Milk which my must use. 👍"

"We waited for 2 hours for a blanket, when they finally delivered blanket for my child at 10 pm it was crunchy and hard like there was a weird film on it. was completely ignored inside restaurant/bar."

"Perfect"

"Wonderful"

"Staff was real nice rooms were clean. Bartender was real nice facilities looked amazing."

"I booked a King room and was told when I got there, that they didn't have any king rooms available. The reception lady told me she would cancel.my reservation if I wanted. It was 6pm and we had been traveling for 14 hours! That is not the response I was looking for. She should have offered us a complimentary cocktail at a minimum for my inconvenience"

"The hotel's cleanliness and amenities are fine, but the customer service is terrible. I had an emergency and needed to check out two days early, and although I informed the front desk 24 hours in advance, they would not give me any credit. BEWARE!"

"Staff was very helpful. The room was clean, but outdated."

"Excellent service"

"Room was very big and spacious, loved the patio along the water."
