I GAVE IT A POOR RATING BECAUSE THE DAY I WAS TO ARRIVE I RECIEVED A CALL FROM HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS STATING THERE WAS A GLITCH IN MY RESERVATIONS AND THEY DID NOT HAVE AVAILABILITY AT THEIR HOTEL AND WOULD TRANSFER MY LOCATION TO THEIR SISTER PROPERTY ACROSS THE STREET, CANDLEWOOD SUITES. IT SEEMS FUNNY THAT IT TOOK THEM UNTIL THE DAY OF CHECKIN TO DISCOVER THIS. I MADE MY RESERVATIONS ALMOST A MONTH IN ADVANCE.
CANDLEWOOD SUITES WAS OKAY. IT WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, BUT I PAID FOR A FULL SERVICE HOTEL.
