"Don’t be in a rush for dinner or a drink it’ll be a while considering one server was doing 3 jobs and dealing with irate customers. The food was good but don’t expect them to have everything you might want, same with drinks. We did not go to breakfast because of the issue the night before. Also, all throughout the night you can hear noises from up stairs and in the hallways.. I was on the bottom floor but my baby was quieter than everyone else."

The security features like the entrances, elevators, and common area doors were supposed to require the room key to be unlocked, but they were completely unlocked and easily accessible for anyone from the outside.
