This is a special place. Beautiful gardens Peace and serenity. The room was very comfortable. The pool fantastic. Breakfast on point and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend. Also walkable to everything in Jaco no problems. I truly enjoyed my time here.

We stayed in the equipped 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is in poor repair, the toilet did not flush and we had no hot water the first night. Cooking full meals would be very challenging here, as the only utensils provided were 2 large serving spoons. No spatula, tongs, etc. and only 1 pot and one pan. The pool by the apartments is decaying and half the furniture was so decrepit it was not useful. The main pools were nice, the common area was well maintained in the main building, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. It is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast at The Public House down the street was lovely albeit a little pricey by CR standards. In room massage was nice and hotel staff will help you book it.

This is a beautiful hotel with nice pools and surrounded by wonderful plants and trees. The rooms are big and include a fridge which is very important in this hot country. Jaco beach, reastaurants and bars are 3-5 minutes walk. I have enjoyed my stay a lot.

Great location, Good for family
The hotel is close to town, within walking distance from shopping and restaurants. It is in great location. The hotel is a three stars hotel but service is acceptable. Tgey have multiple pools and a good place for family. The tap water had a strong smell of sulfur so we just drink bottle water. When we arrived the hotel, there were only two bath towels, and one face towel. We had to call front desk for hand towels and an extra face towel.

I do not consider this a 3* hotel. the cleanliness in the room was not good as there was dust in the bed headboard that had not been cleaned for a long time. they call themselves a family hotel however there was a group of people in the pool for many hours drinking alcohol and loud music and staff did nothing about it.

Dear Carolina.Thank you for your valuable comment. Unfortunately, nobody told us about it. If we would've known we would've done something beyond in order to change the perspective of the hotel. Our rooms are always clean and we have a person to check those details properly. Regarding to the alcohol consume... Of course we are a family Hotel, but we have not the right to tell the people what to drink or what not to drink since the alcohol ingest in Costa Rica is not prohibited. We are sorry if the experience was not the best, we wish we knew all this while you were here so we could do something about it. Best regards.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Super nettes Personal und tolle Lage. Wir konnten während des Aufenthalts das Auto stehen lassen. Strand, Restaurants und Shops sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Fantastic stay in Sept 23. Rooms are nice and having a kitchenette was a bonus. Hotel is located half a block away from the main busy street in Jaco. Very tranquil and yet close to everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great.

Stayed one night in the apartment passing through the area. Clean. Safe. Quiet. Upon check-in, prominent signs stated "no drugs" and "no prostitution." That about sums it up. Property and furniture a bit delipapidated, but good value. You get what you pay for. Pool was fun for the kids. Best part was the location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

Location of hotel was good and close to restaurants and stores. Pool had recently been upgraded and was very nice. Only negative were some dogs at the property that barked excessively.

Had a great stay. Owner/manager Victor was bery friendly. He went table to table each morning at breakfast to check-in with each guest to see how their stay was. Food was good. Staff was also very attentive. Made sure all my needs were met. 5 out of 5

Relaxing Spot in Busy Jaco
We checked in early & they were able to accommodate us. Lots of wildlife, very relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff! They are willing and able to help book trips. Pool was nice, but not a hot tub (didn't matter just saying). Comfortable lounge chairs & pool/pool area was very clean. Room was cleaned daily, AC worked great & it had a fridge! Breakfast was amazing, easy walk to a lot of options but off the Main Street so VERY quiet. And very good value for the price. Would highly recommend and if we return we will return here.

Great stay at this hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens. Can’t beat the location. Close to everything but quite and private also. This is our goto place in Jaco.
