Hotel might be older but dirty floors are just imposible (we make cleaning checks of each room before letting our guests in).Our drinks have quiete competitive prices for a beachbar and the correct measurements, too (2 onz of Tangueray for a 7.50 drink). Since that drink was too weak for you, you ordered another shot, which we charged with 3.50....

Thank you very much Mona for your review, for nice words and constructive critique as well.I seize this opportunity to clarify the room categories and numbers. The Double rooms are the very quiet ones by the garden. Away from pool, beach and bar etc.The Deluxe rooms are the ones in the 3 story building with pool view and partial ocean view. The upper rooms have the most beautiful view and are more quiet, the lower rooms have the advantage of no stairs and fast access to bar and beach but might get noisier if hotel is booked.The 4 rooms overlooking the parking lot at the entrance are apartments for long term renters and are not available to book at all.

Muchas gracias Grettel por tomarse el tiempo y dejar sus lindos comentarios, bonitos palabras para nuestro personal, lo cual los aprecio mucho como personas y clientes fieles del hotel. Comprendemos la situacion del segundo piso y el inconveniente que les cuaso esta vez. Lastimosamente ya estaban reservadas todas las habitaciones del primer piso (en total solo contamos con 5 de ellos), cada uno por necesedad y peticion del cliente. Por esta misma razon se les habia explicado la situacion con anticipacion para no encontrarse con "la sorpresa" al momento del check in. Lamentamos mucho que no les sirvio el telefono de la habitacion y les pedimos las disculpas del caso.
