I have stayed here previously and really enjoyed it so much I had to return. The spacious room and outdoor dining area are great, the friendly staff made the stay very nice. Such a homely feel about this property, it's unpretentious and comfortable

Great for Westerners. By far the best place we have stayed so far in India! Our group arrived in Jaipur with terrible fevers and stomach bugs. The facilities at were great for us to rest up, recover, with a nice restaurant and very helpful/friendly staff and room service. We left feeling better than when we arrived. If I come back to Jaipur, will stay here again!

Great local hotel, very accomodating

It was comfortable, the highlight was the home cooked food, first if all there were quite a lot of options (all vegetarian though, except for eggs and cheese), the fruit salad was quite good with things like pineapple and pomegranates, in all id say its a great menu as it gives plenty of choices you feel you want to take a break from local spicy food. I slept very well, good aircon and they were very kind to inform me i had left behind my tablet after checking out, so i could retrieve it. And they made me sandwiches to go too. It is a rustic local hotel with local charm, its clean and cosy. The only thing id improve are some fixtures like taps but thats a minor and tiny point

Hotel super dirty. Not ready when arrived past check in time. Staff was unfriendly. Asked me many questions that no place had ever asked at check in time. Bathroom was terrible , hose hanging , bucket in the shower, on the way to the room I saw 2 broken mattress leaning against the wall. Pictures look good on web but no place is run down. Located in run down area. We asked Expedia for reimbursement as we booked another hotel same moment but this hotel refused to reimburse me. Please do not book if you like cleanliness and hygiene.

Observations about Property

It is a nice property, good peaceful environment at Bani Park, amongst posh locations at Jaipur. Near Railway Station, Bus Stand, local transport easily assesible at Hotel gate. 2 Observations: 1) Food had hard oil smell, so be cautious while ordering paratha/ lentals/ vegetables & 2) Low on cleanliness, curtain & fan had dust accumulated. Service wise good, friendly staff. Overall satisfactory experience.

The hotel was being renovated. So there was no proper dining area. The kitchen/dining menu was also very limited. So to get a proper meal, you had to go out. They had good suggestions for that, but with kids, you don't always want to go out. Hiring a car was very expensive. I am not sure if it was a Jaipur or hotel thing. 4 hour minimum. The service was friendly, but no AC in the rooms was difficult at 40 degrees.

Un endroit calme

Hôtel construit avec goût en 1954, mais pas aussi luxueux que les photos semblent le montrer, la maintenance laisse à désirer. L'accueil est sympathique, le quartier calme un peu excentré, mais les rikshaw à proximité permettent de se déplacer facilement. Un bon petit restaurant sur la terrasse, le 2ème restaurant est en travaux. Le Wi Fi non connecté dans la chambre.

トラブルにより到着が夜中になりましたが、とても親切に対応してくださいました。 建物がとても綺麗で、バルコニーやお庭もあり、まさにパレスという雰囲気。気分が上がりました。 また、夜中でも熱いくらいのお湯が出たことに感動。 ホッとしてすごすことができました。 街中からはオートで10〜15分ほど。地域いったいが閑静な雰囲気で夜はとても静か。 特に不便は感じませんでした。

Bed bugs..... not worth it.

We found bed bugs in our room and although they cleaned the room, because it’s such an old run down place, I am sure it’s filled with bugs. Also the staff arranged a driver to take us around to all the sightseeing spots. He kept telling us that entry was restricted in some of those places, when it wasn’t. So we didn’t get to see some places.

This was my second stay in Jaipur and Krishna Palace. I just love this place and feel so homey there. Krishna Palace is very beautiful, rooms are nice and clean and stuff so nice and friendly and always giving help when in need for help. Rooftop restaurant is nice and veg food really tasty. Location is good , all the must see places are quite near and so is railway station too.I can highly recommend this place.

Awesome vibe and friendly staff

Comfortable stay. We did not have AC and the room was quite hot compared to the rest of the hotel. But the front desk and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Would recommend but come when no-AC wouldn’t be a big deal.

Beautiful older hotel that could use a facelift. Everything worked well, staff were lovely but it could be so much better. Bed was a let down as it was very hard and thin. Great value for what we paid.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Krishna palace. Le patron et les autres membres du personnel était très accueillant et de bons conseils. L'endroit était reculé de l'agitation de ville ce qui nous a beaucoup plu! Le rapport qualité prix est correct. Bien que je recommande de prendre une chambre avec AC qu'avec un simple ventilateur. La propreté était presque parfaite ! Merci a eux !

Great place.

I was sick as a dog with the Delhi belly and some mysterious cough/fever/chill too. Their menu was ideal for recuperation and the staff were helpful in organising a Doctor to do a house call and a car to the pharmacy. One drawback was they are doing renovations and the noise continued until well past 8pm until I complained. After that the noise ceased at a reasonable time each day.
