I had very pathetic experience in this property. Room condition was pretty bad and staff behaviour feel me unsafe in this property. Specifically calling out Himanshu Kumar Manager of this property. He talked to me in a very rude way and feel me unsafe in this property.

This Radison felt older and was not as good as other Radissons in the country. Their hospitality was okay but I have stayed at other Radison and the hospitality was much better.

Dev Chand drove us to various sites in and around Jaipur. He also drove us to Pushkar. He was a very knowledgeable and pleasant driver. Our experience of Jaipur was enjoyable and unforgettable. I highly recommend his service to anybody who visits Jaipur

In this hotel, I had a spacious room, most of room electronics was working. However, some serious drawbacks: * after using the shower, the water from the floor was draining over more than an hour due to the lack of proper slope. And all that time was creating a pretty big noise. Bad drainage design. * bathroom sink was not draining fast enough. * no labels on valves for hot and cold water. * when shower glass wall got foggy, bad cleaning of it became visible. * noise from outside of the building. * in the bathroom,I can hear people taking shower above me. No sound proofing of vents. * bathroom fan was not working. * in the living room, I can clearly hear people in the adjacent room and in the hallway, as if there was no any walls. * the bed mattress is “extra firm”. I have never seen a 4 or 5 star hotel with extra firm mattress. I was not able to get a good sleep at all. * the bedding was made of some material that was making me sweat all night. * very humid inside. in the morning, I saw substantial condensation on the window inside the room, probably, due to not working bathroom fan. * the toilet water was unfiltered and was leaving red trail markings after a flush. * the reception staff every time was slow and making me wait 5 min. * for breakfast, I poured clean hot water into a cup, and it had a red-ish color. the staff apologized and brought me another clean one a few minutes later. this time, I suspect, they used bottled water. My eval of this hotel: 2.5 - 3 stars.

For the price and star rating, this is a terrible place. The property is in bad shape. bathroom door not closing properly, damaged floor, stained headboard on the bed, water leaking in the bathroom, the wall panels are warped and dirty. Did not expect this from Radisson, I think they should close the place and remodel this completely before renting out to customers. It is in a very bad shape and needs a good remodel.

Property is quite dated and much in need of an upgrade. One of the restaurants was closed, light buttons weren't working properly so I slept my one night there with the entry door light on all night, safe wasn't working, laminate flooring was coming loose, bathrrom has a clear glass wall looking out and from the main sleeping area...I have no idea why someone thought that's a good design. The only positive thing I have to say is the staff was helpful/very nice, and its like 10 mins to airport

The property needs better maintenance. The lock box, iron and mini-fridge were not working in my room (supposedly a Business Class room). The hair dryer was missing and the shower drain had very slow drainage. The rooms lobby and the room itself had a persistent smell of dampness, that wouldnt go away even with venting. The breakfast and dinner were average for a 4-star hotel. A very annoying thing was that the dining room played two songs on repeat all the time. The staff's attentiveness however was exceptional. Better than IHC City Center which is a more upscale 4-star hotel in Jaipur. They were very courteous and always willing to help. They promptly replaced the iron and lock box when i called the lobby desk to fix. If you, like me, are not bothered by the shortcomings i mentioned above, I will recommend this hotel for its great location near the airport and on Tonk Road.

Uncomfortable and damp
The stay was uncomfortable as the rooms had leakages dampness and mist. Since I am allergic I had a terrible time with the dampness of the place. In no way is this property room kept well. If in winter there was so much dampness I can only imagine what it would be in monsoon. Also the price we paid was 3 times as it’s season time but really a waste! Don’t recommend it at all

Could have been better !
Services and overall infrastructure was just ok. Lifts didn’t work properly. Appliances in the room were not working properly. Services requested for were either delayed or weren’t attended. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Ambiance was nice. Breakfast had multiple options and was delicious.

Worst among all the Radissions
I have stayed several Radisson's at different locations and I always preferred Radission as my first preference to stay but this Radission was the worst ever I have ever visited. They don't have staff to handle crowd. Pool area was soo dirty and messy like junck yard , it is not even having 3 star facilities.

The Toiletries were missing as we checkedin. We had to request for Toiletries. As two Guest booking was made , it was expected that if a House cleaning was done , the room should be refilled with toiletries and Towels. Only 1 towel was placed for two guests after house cleaning the next day. Such small things should be taken care and 5 star hotels should take these things seriously. One of the best features for my booking reason was the rooftop poolside restaurant. As per time mentioned by Hotel it was supposed to be open till 12 midnight with Live Music. To our disappointment, we checkedin to restaurant at 10:30pm and we are communicated it is getting closed and we cannot serve anything .If Things cannot be managed they should be removed from Hotel Attractions and Features.

Worst Experience
Very bad Experience i booked 3 Business class rooms All rooms sizes were like standard room sizes. Washrooms were soo dirty Only one lift was working in whole of my trip Breakfast buffet was not as per 5 star hotel's standard.

Room View was not great, it was opening towards an EMty ploy which was kind of Dump. We reached swimming pool on top at 7 AM opening time but it was all dirty because of Pigeons feathers etc, it should have been cleaned at opening time, Washroom Tissue box was not refilled when empty. Staff was courteous and on 25th and 26 June major issues with Lift, 2 out of 3 lifts were not working properly, Sunday since it was overbooked breakfast was arranged in a banquet hall, so in nutsheel experience was not great

Everything is lame about this property . Through out gate to check in to room service staff is lame no warm welcome… room service is slow..

Very disappointed stay with this hotel. Many things to say but mainly are , Electric plugs were not working, shower water flooded outside the bathroom and made puddle in room. Very slow room service. Dirty taps. Dusty bed skirts. No TV and cable channels were working. Very slow Wi-Fi . After I checked out full and final I came out and was about to sit in my car the hotel front desk lady came to me and asked that they forgot to charge for water bottles and asked me to pay 270 rupees . I felt embarrassed with this nonsense. I would never recommend this hotel to any one. This is not a five star hotel at all.
