Esperienza straordinaria. Camera (Deluxe) al massimo del comfort, completa di tutti gli accessori, con un letto enorme e comodissimo. Personale impeccabile, sempre disponibile e cortese. Ristoranti della struttura molto buoni, se proprio non bastassero ce ne sono di ottimi a brevissima distanza intorno. La colazione migliore che un hotel mi abbia mai messo a disposizione, peraltro. Tornerei a Jakarta solo per soggiornare qui.

One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Room incredibly spacious, excellent amenities, lovely spa, amazing breakfast buffet, delicious cafe. The decor of the entire property was also beautiful. Right on top of an MRT station and easy access to a cool food centre (Chillax) and main roads for quick Gojek trips. Highly recommend.

On eco friendliness--I wanted not to change bedsheets and towels by not laying the card on the bed or not putting the towel on the floor...but, I felt that the bedsheet and towel remain fresh and newly change daily. It was good though but there was no need to.
