there was a cockroach in my room. the place is not convenient for taxis. they charge "parking" even just for picking up. while i like the location, there are better hotels around.

The location is great. Easy access to Kemang Village Mall. But, since last time i was there facility has gone down. Not well maintain. The room had an order (like cigarettes or smoke)

Out of 3 hotels that i have stayed within the area, Amaris La Codefin is far the best. The staffs are super friendly and every time i stayed there my room is super clean.

Not recommended for business trip

The area is nearby to many cafes and restaurants. Easy access to supermart and a few shopping malls nearby within 10 mins of a car ride. It is only the cleanliness of the room on the first day which disappoints an otherwise a value for money stay. On the first day of check-in, I am not sure if the bed sheet is changed. I found a few strands of hair on the bed sheet, under the pillow case and the bed sheet feels dirty. Thus I placed the request to change the bedsheet card and it was changed accordingly the next day. Throughout the whole trip, the Wifi in the hotel failed miserably. It was inconsistent and in the end, I had to use my prepaid SIM instead.

クマンの中心部に位置しているので、周辺を散策できる。 ホテルの下に商業施設が入っているので買い物には便利。 静かです。 部屋はきれいで清潔です。冷蔵庫はないが、下の商業施設で購入可能。 シャワーのお湯も問題無し。

Nice hotel with good service from the staff

At the time I was looking for a room nearby kemang area, and found this well rated hotel. The only thing that's not ok is the sound of traffic until late night. I think they should put a better sound proofing.

Value for Money

Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was a little small and basic. No closet, no hair dryer and no ironing board for sure. Room comes with 2 bottles mineral water per day but there's a water dispenser outside at the hallway. Rooms had a little stench which probably requires cleaning of the air-con units but fortunately the supermarket was below and could pick up an air freshener. The breakfast was basic but sufficient to last you till lunch after your meetings. The staff was friendly and ever ready to serve. Fruits were a bit tasteless (they could do better) and coffee was a bit light even when I had used the machine with fresh beans in it. The coffee / tea is available till 10pm daily at the reception counter. Towels looked a little stale in colour and had stained marks. TV channels were sufficient if you had to spend time in the room. The cafe inside the supermarket was great and value for money. Should try it out! Given all the above, I think it's still value for money.
