Pleasant stay
Pleasant stay. Good variety of food for breakfast. Clean and well maintained for a hotel that has been around for some time. Friendly and courteous staffs .

It's a property for people who enjoy the vintage vibe. If you're a traveler who appreciates vintage, this is definitely your place. The front desk and office area exude class, but once you enter the rooms, it all becomes extremely vintage. It's not my style of hotel, but it's quiet and polite.

The facility is old. The faucet in bathroom is broken, the water is not hot at all. After the staff came to fix it for 20 minutes, the water is still barely warm. It was because I only stayed for one night, so I didn't bother asking them fix again. The light control doesn't make much sense. I had to turn on or turn off the light at once, not able to turn off most of the light and keep a small light on.

Its a very big, very old hotel. good value, but not a single bit of sleep due to heavy and constant traffic noise at all times of night.

Helt ok hotell - sentralt
Sentralt, gåavstand til jernbanestasjonen. Badet var lite og trangt. Bortsett fra i lobbyområdet virker hotellet litt slitt. Kunne trenge oppussing, særlig av badet. Tre restauranter på hotellet: vi prøvde den italienske som var veldig bra. Litt varierende service, eks de kom aldri for å re opp sengene om morgenen.

The price is correct. The location too (within walking distance from MoNas, train station, etc...even if the notion of walking distance hardly means anything in Jakarta). Breakfast buffet was great for the price too On the negative side, the spa was closed, the laundry service standard delivery time was almost 48 hours

Good Hotel but outdated room
The checkin process was good , the staff was courteous. Room was outdated , shower was broken and had to wait for the 'engineering' team to fix the shower. After multiple calls and 30 mins of waiting didn't help to fix the issue. Also there was only one point for charging laptop or phones.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, great swimming pool and lovely service. Good location. Slightly tired decor and bathroom not 4* standard. We had to leave too early for breakfast unfortunately but the takeaway breakfast box was very good.
