Arguably the best hotel experience I have ever had. Everything was so integrated and «travelling experience» oriented. From service and ambiance to cool pool vibe, excellent breakfast. Most organized hotel - no hassle and inconveniences at all. Really spacious rooms.

The staff were all friendly, and the food and room were all clean. The swimming pool is also convenient to use without being crowded. However, the sound of prayer for religious reasons interferes with good sleep. Fortunately, the hotel provided ear plugs and was able to withstand them.

Perfect for a getaway!

The staff were attentive and always there to help, without being overbearing. Pool on the 5th floor was high enough to be quiet enough and not too windy, and the gym was well equipped and spacious with bluetooth headphones. It would be great if the spa offered sauna and steam room. Stayed in the exec suite which has ample space to relax on a solo trip. It's a shame the room was facing a soon to be construction site and the less affluent side, but a minor issue. Earplugs were supplied. Dining options were plentiful from Italian to Asian. And breakfast was very flavoursome with a la carte and buffet opions. Definitely visit the pastry room. Would stay here again.

All suite hotel and the suites are beautiful. Check in desk staff are excellent. Restaurant staff are welcoming and helpful. The only small problem was that when our room was cleaned the staff only left one bath towel and did not replenish the milk for coffee. Staff were very quick to bring these when we called.

Overall our experience was very good. The staff and service was fantastic. The only exception was the Alto restaurant where our experience was terrible - the food was extremely poor and we did not eat it. Equally the service in the Alto restaurant was well below the rest of the hotel. That was the only poor experience and they let the rest of the hotel down. Overall aside from that, our experience was great.

Gorgeous hotel and delicious food. Amazing service. Noise is a concern between the busy highways surrounding the property and five mosques on the other end. Bring ear protection.
