We stayed in the two-bedroom, two-bath suite, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and living/dining area. It was beautiful and gave us plenty of room. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the suite, providing privacy. Built-in (and lighted) closets with hangers, shelves, and drawers were an added bonus. Staff was wonderful! And across the street is a beautiful 8-story mall with amazing stores, restaurants, and two grocery stores.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Got 1h late check-out. Best location. Rooms clean and spacious, with kitchen and washing machine. But: the temperature in the room is way to low. At arrival we were freezing. And even switching off the aircon, the temperature keeps low the hole night. We all got a slight cold. The pool area is acceptable, even not really nice. And it's smelling like waste water.

Not really a business hotel.

While the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive, the room and the furniture were old. It was hard to work in the room because the table and chairs were uncomfortable. The shower facilities in the bathtub required me to put a foot on the edge of the tub to be in position to get a proper shower. The water provided (via a cooler) tasted funny.

Old and not the cleanest

Pros: great location, but that's the only thing it has going. The hotel is overall quite old, with dated fixtures. The room had a stale lingering smell - like wet laundry, and the air-conditioning seems to be faulty because the air quality remained humid and musty throughout the 5-night trip. It did not change when we tried to turn up or down the temp, or toggle ac modes. Bedsheets had small stains on them which felt unsanitary. The sink in the kitchenette was clogged. Rubber mat in the bathtub/ shower was slippery and unable to adhere to the base, which made getting in and out a safety hazard. Wouldn't stay again.
