Definitely worth to stay!! They provide good and comfortable room with a lot of amenities that will make your stay feels like home. They have a lot of facilites such as fitness, spa, and onyx restaurant with a lot of delish foods. they have everything you need and all of the staffs are very welcome!!

The size of the building is big. However the hallways, rooms, and water smell like sewage, and when you wake up, you can find sewage flowing back from other rooms. The advantage is that the convenience store in the building is 24 hours a day and charging for GoJack is possible.

After a long direct flight from Adelaide to Jakarta, i had my toddler with me, i was told no room available because they have a group booking, the staff were laughing when i was very frustrated and waiting for my room ,even though i booked my room in advance, we waited for hours until midnight for a room , finally we got a room , i coulsnt sleep because the aircon wasnt working properly , the room was stuffy , insects behind the blind making noise , the tv wasnt working. I am so disappointed in this hotel, in the past it was good but now its a nightmare, i expected a good welcome as a frequent guest but im not happy with the service, i cant complain enough how bad was my experience in the last 2 nights .no sleep, depressed mood, fatigue, frustration.

電梯要等很久,馬桶壞掉整晚漏水停不了,房間電壓不足,沒辦法用吹風機,熱水不夠熱,床單枕頭套都是灰色的,晚上睡覺有小蟲在床上要,早餐難吃。 櫃台小姐非常親切,動作快。旁邊有便利商店。 整體而言,差到不行。

저렴한 호텔을 찾는다면 좋지만....
크게 불편한 것은 없었으나 좋았다는 느낌도 없음 공항 셔틀을 신청하고 준비하겠다는 회신도 받았으나 공항에 나와 있지 않았음 호텔이 낡은 느낌이 많고 창틀을 휴지 같은 것으로 지저분하게 막아놓았음

Executive Room=SUPER DELUX?
Executive Roomを予約したが、SUPER DELUXと言うカテゴリーにない部屋をアサインされた。 隣でチェックインしている人もExecutive Roomを予約しているようで、そちらの方はExecutive Roomをアサインされていました。レセプションはSUPER DELUXはExecutive Roomと同じと言われていたが、納得がいかず何度となく抗議をしたが、最後のほうは先方が半ギレ状態になり仕方なく引きました。このホテルではこれが1度ではなく半年ぐらい前もExecutive Roomを予約したが、その下のグレードの部屋をあてがわれました。会社も近く場所的には重宝しているが、次回は違うところに泊まります。

Hotel was close to jakarta expo. The room ( i had executive king room) was on 32nd floor, was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is located in the old 'grand palace building' and its exterior was pretty old and dark. The interior of the reception/lobby was also outdated, and it had a very local touch. The room I stayed in was completely renovated, fresh, modern furniture, modern colors and very spacious. The gym was ok as well (tredmill, bicycle, skywalker, weights, bench, but no yogamat or ball). There is nothing much in the direct vicinity of the hotel, for dinner you would have to take a taxi or eat at the hotelrestaurant. Breakfast was ok. I liked mostly the room, the price, the staff ( all very friendly ), I did not like the exterior, the immediate surroundings of the hotel or the dark and old lobby area/reception area. But this is based on your own preference.

Hotel confortevole - personale disponibile ma lento, carente di Inglese. Non c'è comunicazione tra le funzioni dell'hotel. Distante dal centro e da fermata di bus (Transjakarta). Colazione discreta ma non da 4 stelle. Non ritornerei ma unicamente per la posizione. Rapporto prezzo/prestazione più che buono.

Laatste nacht
Alhoewel we voor de laatste nacht geen luxe hoefde aangezien we toch terug naar huis zouden reizen wilden we wel een net hotel hebben. De kamer was prima, de badkamer was ook goed alleen was er niet altijd warm water. Dit is natuurlijk vreemd voor een 4sterren hotel. Ook het ontbijt was teleurstellend en dan met name de service van het personeel, er waren geen vrije tafels beschikbaar en op de vraag of ze er een konden vrijmaken koste dit de F&B manager/shift lead te veel moeite om dit zelf te doen en zocht hij hard naar een medewerker aan wie hij de taak kon geven. Hij vergat alleen dat ik als gast stond te wachten. Jammer genoeg was de tafel uiteindelijk ook niet schoongemaakt en moesten we alsnog zelf op zoek naar bestek. Dit is wat mij betreft geen 4sterren maar een 3 sterren hotel.

JIExpoに行くには便利。
スーペリア3泊の特価で予約したにも関わらず、私がジャズフェス目当てに来たというと次回も利用してほしいのでとデラックスにアップグレードしてくれました。デラックスは広くてマットレスも良いものを使っていてとても快適でした。スタッフもとても親切でいろいろと助けてもらいました。ただ、レストランが美容院のような臭いがするのだけは敬遠しましたが。

Goed verzorgd hotel in slechte buurt
Het hotel is qua voorzieningen een 4-sterren hotel. De kamers zijn net. Er zijn echter wel 2 minpuntjes, namelijk dat op de gang constant muziek aanstaat wat je tot in je kamer kan horen. En daarnaast ligt dit hotel in een slechte buurt, iets wat je niet verwacht voor een keten als Best Western. Ik zou derhalve dit hotel niet een volgende keer bezoeken.

素晴らしい
往復航空券込みで、決して高くない料金で利用しましたが、素晴らしいホテルでした。広々としていて、清潔なお部屋でした。中心地からは少し離れていますが、タクシーを利用したら問題ありません。そしてこのホテルが素晴らしいのは、スタッフの感じの良さです。若い男女のスタッフが、思い切りの笑顔で対応してくれました。初めての訪問でしたが、私はこのホテルのおかげですっかりインドネシアのファンになりました。

Worst hotel I could imagine. Motel like service. The restaurant is very poor. They do not understand what hospitality and customer service means. Would definitely not recommend anyone this hotel

Booked and paid for King Size Bed and when checked-In they said the King Size Bed room was not available and gave me the double bed room where the room is extremely small and you can't hardly walk to go to the other bed because the room is very tight.
