Everything was awesome in this hotel the food the staff and how convenient it is to go anywhere you like with not much of a drive and also agung the manager was a great help and provided great service and made sure we were always taken care of i highly recommend staying here

This is a decent hotel and located quite close to the Halim express train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. On the other side, the hotel could do well with a touch up to make it look nicer. Note that our room was very noisy with traffic from the road outside and the air conditioner was quite loud on the ledge outside. In addition, we had issues with our door lock not accepting the key cards despite the best efforts of the staff. Breakfast was very nice - nasi kuning being the highlight.

The breakfast was amazing there, my wife loved it. But I was on the 20th floor and I could hear everything. Usually most rooms in Jakarta are sound proofed, this one was not. I had to sleep with the tv on to drown out the noise of traffic and other guests. The rooms are worn down and lacking maintenance but the staff was fantastic

Just a ordinary hotel.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The shower just had a dribble of water along with just luke warm water at best. I probably wouldn't stay again.

We went to this property after a long flight so we could easily connect the Woosh high speed train the next morning, but it was a big mistake. This is a filthy rundown hotel. Our room cost over $100. It offers gym, swimming pool and room service. Non of it is available or viable. The hotel condition and maintenance was deplorable. Carpets, walls and curtains were beyond filthy. The pool scary dirty and I didn’t bother to even go to the gym. The coffee shop did not serve alcohol which i could accept, but neither coke, soda or juice. It only served tea coffee and water. Our room was rank and reeked of greasy smoky curtains. Even a nicotine fog on the windows. It was supposed to be Non Smoking. We,had a corner room 18 floors up above a freeway intersection and the traffic noise of trucks horns and motorbikes persisted the whole night. It was a really poor sleep. The bathroom had cracked sink and a slimy slippery shower; i had itchy toes from athletes foot by morning. My friend had stayed in an adjacent hotel that did not offer any pool or room service but was clean tidy and half the price. How can this hotel call itself Best Western ? As no room service despite advertising we had to eat outside in a sad shopping centre but the food was quite good. There are two lifts which are very slow and it is a tower block so the lift doors open often for no reason. No one should stay in this hotel. It’s a ripoff and dirty to the point of creepy. How can it even stay in business?

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en goed. De staat van het hotel is oud en heeft een grondige renovatie nodig. De gangen waren niet vlak en hobbelig. De geluidsisolatie was minimaal, waardoor het drukke verkeer heel goed te horen was . Slapen was moeilijk. De matras was oud en niet goed schoon waardoor er vele insectenbeten op mijn benen en handen waren. Zwembad heeft een veiligere uitgang nodig. Het huidige trapje was glad en gevaarlijk. Ik heb mijn voet daarbij geblesseerd.

Good hotel for over night stay

Good hotel to stay for overnight or few nights. Close to Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport. They are good Indonesian restaurant nearby. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom also clean.
