The hotel is beautiful. Cheap price with good facilities. We stay at this hotel because it close to the airport. They also provide free shuttle to the airport.

Got in at 2am for check in, request was for a Non smoking room, which i confirmed with the Reception. Got to room 305 it waw stink of cigarette smoke..requested a change of room and they give me room 718. Smell was ok. The AC did not work all night. Most uncomfortable night i ever spent in a hotel. Do not recommend.

Goed hotel voor als je verder moet vliegen

Zocht en vond hotel dicht bij het vliegveld. Achteraf blijkt de afstand tot jakarta en dingen te doen te groot. Dit ligt aan de hoeveelheid verkeer wat er is in jakarta.

Asked to be picked up from the airport which was communicated well. Sadly that is where it ended. The pick up took nearly hour half to get to the hotel and we had to be moved rooms twice due to the cleanliness of the rooms. We were only staying one night and that was long enough. When I came back to Jakarta for one night I stayed in the city centre.

Poor ..poor

I emailed the hotel 3 days before arrival for the shuttle to pick us up. I did not get a reply. On arrival there was no one to pick us up. I had to call the hotel and only then did they dispatch a vehicle to pick us up. We waited an hour at the airport. The hotel is very far from the airport. The 24hour Shuttle as stated on the website is only for pick up and not drop off. There was a cockroach on the bed so we did not sleep at all. The bathroom was grimy but we were forced to use it because we had to freshen up after a long flight and we also had an onward long flight. The WiFi was also very poor.

decent stay

Location is a but further away from the airport. Additionally, some local roads were closed/blocked which make the hotel less accessible. Pillows were not comfortable though the mattress is okay. Shuttle to the airport is NOT 24 hours - only starts at 5:00 am. Overall, it is good value if you do not mind the longer travel time to the airport.

Hôtel moderne, propre, personnel aimable Restauration un peu limitée dans le choix et le temps pour se faire servir est assez long. Attention à la piscine. Les bords sont en carrelage lisse et c'est une vraie patinoire. Je me suis foulée les 2 poignées en glissant dessus

Sehr guter Service. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Wer ein wenig Abstand zum Trubel von Jakarta haben möchte oder einfach einen „kurzen“ Weg zum Flughafen, der ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and toilet. Muddy water from the shower, slippery bath floor, dirty towels made me sick. Breakfast was terrible too. To get a airport pick up i had to make more than 20 phone calls and wait for an hour. How is this part of Wyndham group? No ventilation or aircondition in the corridors and lift. I wish for a refund for this terrible stay.

Beware of the so called '24 hour free shuttle'

24 hour free airport shuttle is quite misleading It's not 24 hour and it's not free at certain hours. As we needed airport drop off at 1;30 am, we contacted the hotel about this shuttle service at the time of booking, never got any reply. One day before stay I called the hotel and was told that only the pick up is free for 24 hour. How am I supposed to know that while what was written is simply '24 hour free shuttle'??? I asked to talk with the manager, but got hang up! Called again and was told the manager was on meeting. Fortunately 20 minutes later got a call back from the manager and the issue was resolved, I would get the free shuttle at 1;30am The next day while checking in I tried to confirm this again, but only got reply 'will be advised'. At the time we were to go to the airport, yet another receptionist said there's no free shuttle, better take grab taxi! In the end they dropped me off at the airport free of charge. Won't stay here again!

ジャカルタのデイズホテルアンドスイーツの予約確認メールにチェックインが午前０時を過ぎると連絡して下さい。とあったのでエクスペディアに連絡してホテルに空港の送迎の変更メール3回しましたが返事がない、空港でエクスペディアに電話確認して調べて頂きました。ホテルは了解している直ぐにメールの返事をすると知らせて頂きました。その後返事は無い。確認してくれたので大丈夫かなと思っていました。スカルノハッタ空港に着いて、午前2時空港に迎えはありません。午前2時半にタクシーでデイズホテルに行きました。￥3000かかりました。チェックインの予約確認に随分時間が掛かりました。ホテルに送ったメールも見て頂きました。謝りもせず無視でした。予約の確認は取れて泊まれましたが、部屋のエアコンが効かない、午前４時部屋交換してやっと休めました。後で分かりましたがもともと24時間送迎対応なんてウソです。pop表示は有るが実質していない様でした。なのでメールの返事なんて出来ないはずです。「嘘は書くな」と言いたいです。エクスペディアの方も何を確認したのでしょうか？いい加減な対応に惑わされています。いい勉強になりました。24時間送迎対応なんてスカルノハッタ国際空港ではされていません。他のホテルも怪しいです！

HOTEL MUY AGRADABLE

Después de un largo viaje en avión de 38 horas, además de las que me había tomado llegar al primer aeropuerto, lo único que quería era un cuarto con una cama muy cómoda en la que pudiera dormir por largas horas y un cuarto que tuviera unas cortinas muy gruesas que no dejaran pasar la luz solar y eso fue lo que tuve. El personal del hotel fue de lo más amable, me sugirieron lugares que podía visitar, además de darme indicaciones para llegar a la tienda más cercana para comprar algunas cosas que en verdad necesitaba. Durante la tarde, pude escuchar el llamado a la oración, cosa que me gustó mucho. Disfruté mucho las películas, porque podía leer el el indonesio mientras veía la película en inglés. La habitación estaba simplemente perfecta..... :D

Days hotel - Is it Wnydham group- really?

Cleanliness a big issue. Seemed they had moved me into the room without following standard cleaning process. Had to get everything changed or cleaned - bedsheet, pillow covers, dust bin, table, bathroom etc.

Shabby and dirty Hotel

Awful food in the restaurant, noisy location around and noisy water machine which you can hear and feel the vibrations in most of the rooms, very dirty pool and bathrooms/rooms, spa is not ready yet (which I would have liked to know before)
