Great stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi. Spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic location near many restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues: housekeeping missed our room twice (fixed after we called), and a car blocked our taxi in the parking lot for 10–15 minutes. Overall, still a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!

Got a room with good view to the surroundings area. It has a good size of bathroom. Bed is King just what we like. Staffs are lovely. The Swimming pool is big, relaxing with great views. Will definitely be back here.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a washing machine, so I think it's perfect for long-term stays. The breakfast salad selection was limited, but the coffee was delicious. It was nice to be able to do light exercise and jogging in the hotel's courtyard. It was a little inconvenient to need a car when going out, but it was worth it considering the safety, scenery, and quietness.

The hotel has generous suites with a kitchen/living room, bedroom, large closet area and bathroom. The plates and cutlery were a bit meager. The garden is pleasant and the pool is very good for swimming and meticulously maintained. The staff are courteous, professional and responsive.

My stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi

I very much enjoyed my long stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi. The room was comfortable, spacious and had a good view of the city. I found it very useful to have a laundry machine installed in the unit as well as a kitchenette. The breakfasts were so so because it seemed that the fruit on display at the buffet was not always fresh. I would have preferred a larger selection of fruit. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful. My only real complaint was that there was an odor from sewage that you could smell in the bathroom.

There is a washing machine but no laundry rack or washing detergent and there is an ironing board but no iron. Front desk says these things are on request basis but it takes them 30mins to bring me the laundry rack and 15 mins for the detergent and 20mins to deliver to the iron. Why have a On Request policy if they cannot meet the request efficiently?

Terrible People!

I had booked a smoking room, upon arrival, the front desk told me nothing available, but not until after charged me for the room, then he said I can't do anything, no solutions at all, and then he offered me another room (an upgrade) for an additional IDR1.7million, and then he actually said I offer you a discount of IDR50,000 (which is ridiculous compared to the upgrade cost) He was totally unhelpful, and totally without any solutions, he was very uncooperative, and I was totally frustrated, and also completely out of options, so I checked In, and then I searched for another hotel, and checked out the same evening, and went to another property which has a smoking room, and also have much better service, and also not so hostile, and so unfavorable the entire city is suffering, for business, and these guys have so much attitude, terrible front desk, and a terrible experience,
