部屋、設備は普通、食事会ダメ
部屋は比較的きれいだが、なぜか飲み水はペットボトル等じゃなくピッチャーで置いてある。 シャワー、トイレも割ときれい。ただし部屋に蚊がいて夜は眠れず大量に刺された。 翌朝は朝から爆音の音楽が聞こえ、食事会場に行ってみるとグラスが割れ散乱し、それの掃除をしていた。ハエもたくさん飛んでいるし、現地人が、多くうるさい、汚い、食事もまずいので二度と行かない。

1. 좋았던 점: 조식 메뉴 나름 많음. 인도네시아 음식이 주로 많음. 시설은 좋은편, 깨끗하고, 필요한 시설이 모두 갖추고 있음. 2. 아쉬웠던 점: 조식 메뉴는 많지만, 맛은 별로, 찬물이 잘 안나옴, 미지근한 물이 나옴(지하수 사용?), 수업이 약함.

what I like this time is the breakfast. especially there was something like a steam board. fresh enoki mushroom and chicken were so nice.

this hotel provide water not by pet bottles but by teko. unfortunately the water in my room smelled. I guess it's already a few days not to be changed to the fresh one. it's also not good from the safety point of view.

Regarding the mineral water that we provide in the room, it is always filled when guests check in on that day. Nevertheless, we will still help you to immediately replace fresh water if needed by contacting our staff. As additional information that the mineral water that we provide in your room comes from a gallon water dispenser that is packaged safely and is in the corridor of the floor of your room. As soon as we have received your feedback, your concerns were highlighted within our team and were taken very serious action for improving the areas that you have concerned to prevent those kind of incidents happening again.
