Melewatkan tahun baru di Holiday Inn Express Pluit
Check in tanggal 1 Jan 2020 disaat Jakarta dilanda banjir. Menginap 1 malam bersama keluarga. Petugas dengan sabar melayani sebaik baiknya walaupun hotel diserbu tamu yang tidak sabar mau check in. Lokasi strategis, dekat halte busway. hotel ada diatas mall. Kamar, kamar mandi dan tempat tidur bersih. Tingakt penerangan/pencahayaan kamar baik tapi lampu baca dimeja kerja nyalanya tidak stabil/flicker. keempat sudut pada bantal keras, agak menganggu. Secara umum bisa istirahat dengan nyaman.

Keseluruhan bagus
Servis yang bagus, fasilitas kamar lengkap dengan hairdryer yang anginnya sangat kencang beda dari hotel yang lain. Room service cleaning dan pelayanan staff untuk bantuan semua dilayani dengan bagus. Saya sangat puas dan akan memilih hotel ini lagi jika ke Jakarta.

Hotel strategis di kawasan Pluit dgn gedung mall
Cukup menyenangkan menginap di hotel Holiday Inn Express meskipun jangan harap bisa dapat view bagus di jendela, krn isinya atap bangunan semua. Untuk liputan wedding charge dikenakan 500 rb meski sebenernya gak pakai colokan listrik apapun.

posisi hotel nyaman berada di lantai atas dari mall emporium pluit, semua sesuai dengan harapan, kekurangannya hanyalah sementara dari yang saya pernah menginap satu2nya hotel yang menyatu dengan mall namun selama kita menginap tidak free parking

Overall great hotel. Kamar bagus dan nyaman sayang ranjangnya kecil. Ada hairdryer di kamar mandi. Lokasi bagus. Mau ke mall tinggal turun. Breakfast biasa saja. Kurang begitu enak.

Might be the hotel hardware too old,when outside raining,the water also leaking from the wall in my room. But over all still good.

Good hotel choice
Excellent location adjacent to mall, excellent customer service, clean room. However, breakfast quality needs to be improved. Staying for 4 nights, breakfast choices everyday the same.

I've been staying in this hotel for more than 8 years everytime I come to Jakarta. This time I found many improvement and staff also so helpful. Location also the best. The shopping centre even better now.

Location is the major plus about this hotel. It’s located next to a shopping mall with lots of food and drink to choose from. The hotel room looked old and a bit dirty. Beddings and bathroom didn’t look very clean.

Home sick visit
Overall stay is comfortable with the friendliness of the staffs; variation of breakfast menus and convenience locations we targeted. Could be better with newer stronger shower flows and toilet bidet and the lighting to use LED for brighter bathroom. Also to have couple direct USB plugs without the converter.
