まだ、準備ができていないと感じました。 ■食事はレストランがオープンしていないので外出しなければならず不便(来年2月以降オープン予定だそうです) ■大浴場は丸見え？な感じで女性は難しいかと感じました ■朝食は、仮で大浴場と同じフロアでしたが、フロアに入ると日本のプールの臭いが充満して食欲はなくなります ■不慣れだったが、従業員は頑張っていて可愛いかった ■部屋は日本仕様なので全てがコンパクト ■チェックイン時　荷物はセルフで台車を借りて車から運んだ(ポーターはいないのか？フロントの女の子がついてきたが結局こちらで運んだ。唯一軽い手荷物を部屋に入れててくれたが床に置かれたのであまり良い気分はしませんでした) ■ホテルと思うと腹立たしかったがコンドミニアム(アパートメントなので、、と思って滞在すれば新しいので綺麗だしキッチンがありジム、パターゴルフや卓球台、大浴場(男女入れ替え制)、ランドリールームもあり良いのかと思います。総合的に、立地は良く徒歩圏内に飲食店は沢山ありますが、コスパが悪いかなと感じてしまいました。同じ料金ならそこそこレベルの高いホテルに宿泊できるし、自分は短期滞在だったのもありサービスが良いところに泊まりたいと感じてしまいました。企業が買い上げて滞在施設にする感じなのでしょうか。レストランなどオープンしてから宿泊した方が良いかと思います。
