The best thing about this hotel is the attentiveness of the staff at every interaction. The spa and gym facilities are pretty awesome too. Not to mention the room cleanliness everyday, and the vast range of food from all continents for breakfast.

Great, comfortable and easy hotel

Very comfortable hotel, ideal for our overnight stay during flight transfers. Has a mall attached to it for a bit of retail therapy or picking up any forgotten items! Staff are excellent and the tepenyaki bar is definitely worth visiting- excellent food and service!

Greatest hotel

I booked hotel for business meeting but room was huge I though it was upgraded and very clean all enough for me even later if i have a plan to come with my family, I will choose this hotel Mostly great thing is connecting shopping mall I was so happy and full of comfortable with this hotel!

Conveniently located right in the famous South Jakarta city central and inside one of the biggest malls there (Pondok Indah Mall). It was so easy to do some shopping (or window shopping) and find great food selections. Not to mention, the hotel staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful, and they even prepared to go breakfast for us before we took off to the airport for Bali. It’s just the epitome of excellent hospitality and customer service. Thank you to the entire Intercontinental Pondok Indah hotel staff for giving us such memorable and wonderful stay.

Feel at home.

Beautiful hotel with so friendlly staff where ever you meet them in the property. The hotel is attached to a big mall-Pondok Indah Mall with lots of good restaurants. The breakfast menu at Sugar & Spice is so many and delicious with attentive waiters/waitresses--one of them is RISQI who served me diligently during my 5 days stay. I'll be staying again at this hotel.

Intercontinental Pondok Indah is often regarded as a "luxury hotel" and truly lives up to that reputation, offering more than your typical five-star experience. The service here is outstanding, with all the staff being incredibly helpful and attentive, striking just the right balance to ensure you're not overwhelmed. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The swimming pool is fantastic—Clear water. 25 meters long and perfectly straight, ideal for laps. The pool's changing area is equally impressive—immaculately clean, pleasantly scented, and fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable experience.
