I like everything about the Dharmawangsa hotel.... Except...the sink at the bathroom Just little bit need to Clean... Overall I am very happy 😊 Definitely will go back there again.

Highly recommended for business trip or family vacation trip. Family-friendly environment with amazing service provided by staff from front desk, concierge, restaurants, housekeeping and pool. Breakfast buffet was amazing and rooms are clean with huge balcony and bathroom. Beautiful landscape and pool. A and will definitely come back. Shout out to Egi from Concierge and Pak Ahmadi and team at Jakarta restaurant. Thank you!

ここでの経験は、本当は星一つもつけたくないほど評価できないものでした。 今までインドネシア国内で様々な値段台のホテルに滞在してきましたが、このホテルでの滞在は一番最低だったと思います。ましてや値段も安くはないのに。 駐在して期間は経っているので、ある程度の文化の違い云々はもちろん理解しているので、大概のホテルでの経験は思うことはあってもクチコミに書くほどのことはありません。 しかし、このホテルだけはありえないなと思ったので書かせていただきます。 まず、到着時点で誰も荷物を下ろすのを手伝いません。見ているだけ。 体温チェックはされますが、中に入るのにドアすらあけてくれません。荷物は自分たちで持っているのに。 中に入っても、welcomeもなく立ったまま待たされます。 チェックインをした際、施設の説明やmapもゼロ。朝食付きにも関わらず朝食の説明もありません。 チェックインが終わると、自分で荷物を持って自分で部屋まで行かなければいけませんが、エレベーターの案内すらありません。かなり迷いました。 はっきり言って日本のビジネスホテル以下です。 そこから、お茶したくて1階の真ん中にあるレストランに行きましたが、もちろん案内もなく、"そこに座れば"とおじさんに目配せされました。 座って、メニューなどを待ちましたが、だいぶ経ってからおじさんが目も見ずにメニューや消毒液のセットを適当にボン！と置いてどこかにいきました。 しばらくして注文しようかと思い、そこらへんで話しているおばさんとおじさんの店員に注文したいと言いました。でもそこからかなり待たされました。 恐らく、よくあることですが注文を取る人は別なんでしょう。わかりますが、そこまでの過程を全て鑑み、私たちの我慢は限界になり、宿泊費以外に1円もこのホテルに落としたくない気持ちになり、注文せず部屋でお茶を飲みました。 夕食は近くの韓国料理店に行きました。 更に最悪だったのは、シャワーやお風呂が全くお湯がでず殆ど水でした。寒すぎて、風邪をひくかと思いました。 朝食も美味しくないし、何一つ評価すべき点はありません。 こんな最低なホテルにお金を払う必要はありません。

A must stay. 5 star experience
The hotel is beautiful, quiet, private, comfortable and there s also a salon which is convenient for me. Suparman blow dry hair very well. Food is delicious, breakfast spread was very good. Pool is beautiful

格式も高く。雰囲気のよいホテルでした。部屋も、十分な広さと清潔さを保っていました。反面、ベッドサイドにコンセントが無い、Wi-Fiが遅い等、最新のホテルに比べて不便な面もあります。高級ホテルだけあって飲食は高いです。ビンタンビール小ビンが1000円ぐらいします。プールはリゾート感があって最高でした。今回プールを目的に泊まったのですがプールの真横で建築工事をしていて残念でした。プールスタッフはフレンドリーで良かったですが、工事の事を知っていれば泊まらなかったでしょう。部屋からの眺めも工事現場でした。あと、ブルーバードのメータータクシーを呼んで欲しいとお願いしたのですがシルバーバードを呼ばれメーターとは関係の無い額を請求されました。翌日ブルーバードのメーターでは同じ距離と時間で半額でした。注意が必要です。総じていいホテルですが、値段が高すぎると思います。

Stayed here for a business trip in November 2018. It was my second time staying here. The hotel has a lot of charm. The lobby looks like a museum, there's an outdoor pool, and service is fantastic. However, the finishes in the room could use some improvement. The bathroom marble/tile is strange - that's the best way to put it. Room service doesn't quite hit the mark. There is not enough lighting in the rooms. A solid 4 stars from me, but doesn't excel in all areas to earn the full 5.

Fantastic Hotel, Feels like a home away from home. Always look forward to staying here and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Jakarta. I stay at 5 star hotels all over the world, traveling for business, and this is my favorite hotel anywhere.

一家城市綠洲型的酒店，擁有著荷蘭殖民建築的外觀以及充滿爪哇味的內裝。下榻在這邊真的有時會以爲自己在峇里島，忘記還身處車水馬龍的雅加達。自助早餐質量也非常令人驚艷，是一間物超所值的酒店。

Low maintainance level and questionable service
Bathroom facilities are leacking and run down. Decorative sheets on bed, sofa and pillows are full of stains. Service only improved after second night. Disapointing check in process as no reference in my files from upgrade promise from last stay.

Schönes, komfortables Hotel...
..., sehr freundlicher, guter Service. Vornehmlich auf Geschäftsleute ausgerichtet, aber mit schönem Pool, der den Hotelgästen und den Apartmentbewohnern im angrenzenden Komplex zur Verfügung steht. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt keine Steckdose dürfen Föhn im Bad. Wir würden dennoch wiederkommen.

A Phenomenal Hotel
The Dharmawangsa is a phenomenal hotel. It is a 5-star hotel at a fraction of the price of any 5 star hotel in any major city in the world. Not to mention the space to have facilities like a beautiful outdoor pool which those other hotels in jammed cities could not. Do yourself a favour and book your stay there. Even if its slightly above your price-range, it will be worth it. The facilities are fantastic, including the pools which I made a great deal of use of. The outdoor pool is gorgeous. The indoor pool on the fourth floor and the hot tub which extended out into the garden were relaxing. I was more or less able to do my regular work out at the gym, the equipment were great, though the weights and machines are a bit dated. The room is extremely spacious, fantastic bathroom and comfy bed. Nice large ceilings, with two large doors to open to the outdoor balcony. With blackout shades and mosquito proof netting-like shades, I (not big on air-conditioner) kept the room wide open to the outside my whole 3 day stay. When it rained, it was simply beautiful. The staff were great, everyone I met. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied each day. I was with an Indonesian friend, who happened to say how good the Indonesian fare at the buffet was. I suggest to go for the Blue Bird taxi, or do Uber (which is huge in the country) or any number of the local apps.

The Dharmawangsa is an oasis in what I think is one of the worst cities in asia . Remember ...that if you book with expedia you will be given the least desirable room available . Upgrades will be available ( of course ...this is Indonesia ) for a charge ...hefty charge . So if you think you are going to get a great deal because the price is the best you have found so far ? think again

One of Jakarta's hidden pleasures...
Not for those who want the hustle and glamour of the CBD, but a quiet, elegant, and quintessentially Javanese retreat - a great alternative to the international hotels. It has low rise architecture built around a series of gardens and courtyards. Rooms are large, high ceilinged, elegant and well appointed with practical working area and internet. Mine had a balcony looking out on to a treed garden and street. Each room has a butler. Service through-out the hotel is impeccable. There is a stylish pool and fitness club, a variety of restaurants (indoor and outdoors), lounges and tea room. The Dharmawangsa is a treasure - highly recommended!
