"The place lives up to its name of “luxurious room”. The room is recently renovated and is modern, clean and well provisioned, even with slippers. It is located near the cruise ship pier and has restaurants nearby. The host is extremely gracious and hospitable. He not only waited to welcome us well into the night but also drove us to the Castle when we could not find a taxi to go there. The interaction with him left us a wonderful memory for La Spezia."

"First off they send us to another location where there was no staff. I had to call them wait to someone to come to pick us up. Check in took about a hour and a half. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to wait 30 min. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. There is no parking on site. Parking is available for 15 euros 4 blocks from the apartment. The Breakfast included is outside the property and all you get is an expresso and a croissant. It’s not a hotel. The bright...

"Endroit très bien et notre hôte a été bien gentille de s’ajuster à notre heure d’arrivée. Le seul point à surveiller est qu’il y a beaucoup de marches pour se rendre au logement avec des bagages (une cinquantaine.) Mais ceci s’applique pour la majorité des logements de la ville."

"Appartement idéalement situé à La Spézia, près de la gare de train qui nous mène aux Cinque Terre ainsi qu'aux autres belles villes comme Pisa, Luca et Florence. La charmante propriétaire nous a fait parvenir les codes à l'avance et elle est venue nous accueillir le lendemain matin de notre arrivée. La femme de ménage était disponible tous les jours pour le ménage et le changement de serviettes au besoin. merci!"

"Great stay close to the train in La Spezia! Simone and Elisa were incredible hosts. Always accessible if we needed anything (which we didn’t because they thought of everything). Up quite a few steps but there is a small lift if needed and for luggage. We loved it. Next to great restaurants and very safe area. They even called a taxi for us when we wanted one. It was a great stay."
