"Bowls of guavas welcome you at the lobby and front desk. What else can you ask for? Polite staff including the bellboy. Restaurant food is not great, but you have lots of choices out there. Great view from the bar and the terrace. Literally steps from Templo Mayor. Don't miss it. Big selection of TV channels. Bottled water in lobby for guests. Hotel will schedule taxi at your request."

"Nice staff. Excellent location. I walked half a block to a concert at Bellas Artes. The walk back was nice because there are a lot of people and traffic still at 10:00pm. Good meal at their restaurant with good service, but nothing extraordinary. They are a little stingy with their towels. I only got one hand towel and no washcloths. They folded and hung the bathmat I had used instead of providing a fresh one. I noticed because when I placed it on the floor I realized it was damp and it had two prints from my bath slides. That was a first for me. They, like other hotels, can schedule a taxi to take you where you need. The National Museum of Art is a block away as well as other small museums. There is an alley with book stands just steps away; don't miss it. Lots of restaurants and street markets close by."
