"i enjoyed my stay although the staff did not inform us when we checked in that we needed to let them know the night before if we wanted our room serviced (sheets changed and fresh towels) also the bathtub was peeling "

"I want to preface my review with saying I’m from Florida and we’re used to seeing the occasional bug. It’s not a big deal. With that being said, room 141 dead and alive baby roaches kept appearing during our stay. At first, I saw a dead roach and thought “housekeeping must’ve missed this during cleaning.” The next day they cleaned it up and by that evening I returned to another dead one in a new area. I asked my husband did he suspect a roach problem. He stated no so we carried on with our stay. The 3rd day baby roaches were crawling on our dresser before the TV and on the bathroom floor towel! They really need to get this under control because the properly looks fairly new and nobody wants to pay hundreds of dollars to stay in a roach infested hotel. I gave it a 3 due to that. The front hotel staff and housekeepers are friendly. The Hispanic breakfast man was extremely rude to me my first day but the kind lately at the front desk apologized for his behavior. She was pleasant each day she the general manager was extremely kind! They do a fantastic job with customer service. If I could make another recommendation, it would be try to switch up the breakfast menu. We stayed there 5 nights and only on Saturday was the menu different & that’s a stretch( the only difference was they served bacon that day instead of sausage). Would I stay here again, no. Would I recommend it to you for a 2 day trip, sure."

"Best hotel in Chino locality. Very close proximity to BAPS SRI Swaminarayana temple. So many options in breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff. Far better than choice hotel chains. Bigger rooms and come with a garden and pool. Amazing view from hotel."

"Probably one of the worst experiences I have had in any Hotel. I had to kill of like 6 bugs (pinches and rollie pollies, and moths) and 1 inch long black widow! It had a web and everything! How long as that dood been there!? Mf was huge and stretched out. I dont know man their doors are not sealed to the slightest. Also, i didnt ask for an accessory room but got one for some reason, where the restroom and shower is just a room. The floor was wet for days and had walking around so uncomfortable. Then one day I went to the door and my key didnt work. And also what was weird was they dont have staff members therr, you have to check in and check out by facetiming india. Really weird. I mean I appreciate self checkout and stuff but this was nuts. And walls are ultra thin you hear everything everyone is saying. It was so noisy if someone knocked on a door 5 doors down it sounded like it was your door. The bed was okay."
