"Jade was very helpful and nice - she got us a baked good for our anniversary. I don't know how to spell his name but the gentleman Quong did a beautiful 27th wedding anniversary decoration on our bed - very encouraging. However, we had an early flight so we missed our last breakfast. They told us we'd have a ham and cheese sandwich, but we received 4 slices of bread and no butter, no ham and no cheese. That was disappointing."
