"Breakfast was good different Pho each day.If checking out early in the morning don’t expect much help with Luggage as the front desk guy was sleeping in the back and finally came out to check us out then went to the back and when our car arrived came out at the end in his socks but by that time we had the luggage down the stairs"

I called Expedia to handle it and Expedia got to the same situation like me. The next day their manager said it is over cancellation time and they will not give any refund. I actually did not ask for a refund but for a credit for the next stay, which was also rejected by their manager. NO HOSPITALITY and a ATTITUDE PROBLEM when they reply my message by a pdf email."

"The Majestic bears its name well…Majestic!! It is impressive from the moment you walk in. Old world class and charm. Check-in was easy, great and helpful service. I had a great room with a jacuzzi overlooking the river. It was awesome. Only downside is that you could see some wear and tear on the floors and wall. Pool on the 1st floor is an oasis of tranquility. L shape makes it great for laps. Excellent service. The rooftop breakfast is out of this world. Huge variety , fresh and delicious. They’ll even make you an iced Vietnamese coffee. Or a Banh mi sandwich. Consistently, their service is absolutely top notch. If you like fine historical hotels that are less about bling and more about substance and service, this is the place for you Happy 100th anniversary Majestic… I will surely return"
