"10/10"

"The staff and hotel manager are highly unprofessional. Even after booking 6 days prior with prepaid on my arrival day my room was given to somebody else and I have to stay in stoor room. Pathetic service and response from hotel as well as site"

"Unresponsive staff. Inflexible policies. I lost a day of my stay because of the staff's laziness. Dirty hotel. Highly NOT recommended."

"Excellent location, views of both the Taj Mahal and “baby” Taj. Attentive and helpful staff, hailing taxis/Tuk tuks and negotiating prices in advance. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"窓がない部屋だったが、洗練された客室。アメニティーも置いてあって、ドライヤーもあった。シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープ、ローションまで備え付けボトルで壁に取り付けてあったので便利だった。"

"It was a very calm stay. Location was easily reachable. Rooms were clean and all amenities were there. Owners (Mr. Tarun and his Father) were very friendly and they were ready to help anytime. Great assistance. All in all, perfect stay, highly recommended."

"Poor cleaniness! The restaurants tables were very dirty and had food stain on them! When asked to clean, the staff only brushed the table off with a soft bristle brush. The bedsheets and towels had stain on them. Literally every single piece. The bathroom toilet paper and tissue papers were half finished. We tried to provide a feedback to the front desk staff on our way out but they didnt seem to care. For a hotel with this price and rating, we expected so much more."

"Room was clean"

"Quarto estava imundo! Banheiro usado com marcas, no banheiro tinha uns baldes para banho, estava todo sujo, jogo de cama sujo, ar condicionado nao funcionava… cheguei estava todo mundo dormindo no sofa da recepção… a noite toda houve uma gritaria no corredor… nao me senti seguro, alguns momentos fiquei com medo"
