"The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. "Stayed whilst attending a long weekend at Spa F1. Great hotel, amazing staff and impeccably clean and well presented. We had to be out early to drive to Spa and they accommodated us for an early breakfast without hesitation. Would highly recommend and the village has plenty of additional restaurants for variety. "

"Prima hotel, heel ruime kamer met fijn zitje. Kamer, lounge en ontbijtruimte maken een nette indruk. Ramen konden open, mooi uitzicht. Had 2 aparte bedden geboekt want was met moeder, maar was helaas als 2-persoons opgemaakt. Trapje naar hoofdingang en binnen veel drempeltjes en extreem kleine lift, niet handig met rollator. Snoeren van koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker veel te kort, stekker van koelkastje kon er dan niet ook in, te weinig stopcontacten en lichtpunten. Ontbijt uitstekend."
