As a guest you have to walk through the front shop to get out which means that over night you are locked in. Not a fan of not being able to come and go. Practical things like WiFi did not work the lamp in our room did not work (we traded out the bulb) and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Also the service was poor, they made us wait long for breakfast. I think that to minimize cost management has changed, but for the worse. The building is nice but front desk and people managing are not well trained. "

"This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL"
