"The room was supposed to have a walk in shower which it showed on website but did not have one my.mom is handicapped and falls easy but they could not give us a room with walk in shower. Every time we needed clean towels we had to ask for them. No where to put your clothes only 2 small drawers We were there for a week and had to live out of our suitcase.we were very disappointed ."

"Okay I stayed here twice the first time was horrible bad or non-existent amenities i.e. shower gel or shampoo stuff like that. Asked the lady at the front desk if she had any and she could not have cared less if I had or needed anything else she already had the money. later that night after I went to get something to eat the cops were there and arrested a drug dealer. Many people there live there full time. looked and felt like a tenement in a slum in NY. I will never stay there or any other...

"Was upgraded to a king room for the weekend at no extra cost. My only negative is that I couldn't find the ice machine even though the website said there was one on each floor."

"Breakfast was great, staff was very kind and helpful. Housekeeping is every other day, but they were kind to do daily when I needed it. The room doors are very hard to open for children and elderly, please see how can be improved so no accident happens. Staff was helpful assist in this situation."

"There was only 2 towels in our room and I asked for more at the desk. They said it would be $10 for each extra towel."

"This is not a good hotel. It’s not well maintained and the room needs to be cleaner. Dirt on shower walls when we got there. AC was completely off so the room was hot and took most of the night to cool off. Smallest tv I have seen in a hotel room and I had to use my cell to call for a remote as the phone in the room didn’t work. Not a super quiet hotel either. No working ice machine as well. It wasn’t a terrible experience but not one I want to repeat. Staff was fine."
