"The room was large and comfortable. However it was located next to the elevator and so there was constant noise because of that. The plates, glasses and mugs were not enough for three guests - we had to ask for more. The air-drier provided was not working. The location of the suites is nice and very close to bus service. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I would describe it as average at best. Coffee was awful, from a 24-hour dispenser located in the lobby. Virtually undrinkable....

"I booked three rooms at this hotel for a speacial occasion trip to celebrate a graduation. At check in I asked if one of the rooms could possibly have some kind of view of the city. I was quickly told it was not possible as the hotel was sold out. I was very sorry that out of the 100's of rooms in the hotel they could not have accommodated even one of the three rooms booked and the check in clerk was not friendly about it. "Great place to start a walking tour of downtown Chicago, get great coffee across the street, or lunch in Greektown, see the nightlife on a weekend. Parking is conveniently located just next to their drive up plaza drop off location."

"Excellent stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The area felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...

"Nice view of the river"

"Our room had an adjoining room (not travelling with them) . The sound insulation was bad. They had their TV on around 5 AM and they were on their phone talking woth someone else. We could hear them!!!"

"Not only was it a great place to stay, it is in a great location very walkable to many attractions and restaurants"

"Location was excellent. Waking distance to variety of restaurants. It is located in downtown so only option for parking was $79 daily valet parking. Breakfast was really good but seats were limited."
