Hotel is in a good area Staff was friendly, however they gave us wrong info re the voucher we were entitled to as VIP guests and we consequently could not use it. Although we are entitled to a late check out, if available, we were only allowed one if we paid extra. However, this hotel is highly recommended. however"

"This hotel was walkable from the Naples central train station with many restaurants and cafe close by. The room was in great condition. It was modern, clean, with food options in the hotel if we so chose. The bedroom was great, with air conditioning. It had a blow dryer that worked. The window overlooked the train tracks so you felt the vibrations on the train when they went by. "

"The room was spacious and sparkling clean. The hotel was right across the street from the train station, which was a big plus for us. We were first concerned that it could be noisy but we were given a room facing a side street so it was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay there."
