"I found everything to be adequate. I did ask for a renovated room at check in, none were available. The room we got is quite dated in comparison to the pictures shown online, however everything seemed clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. My daughter did forget her toothbrush, and I went to ask if they had any I could buy. They said they were complimentary but they didn’t have any left."

"The room was clean, the hotel was very close to restaurants. we enjoyed our stay."

"Room was very heavily smoked in and very dated. Wind was whistling in the gaps around the door."

"Hidden treasure and a lovely couples retreat."

"Unique property. Had a great stay. Only downside was some truck traffic. Perhaps more noticeable to me as I had a room at the front of the house facing the street. All in all, a great stay ❤️"

There is baseboard heating, but it doesn’t turn on. The door doesn’t have a deadbolt. I really didn’t feel safe. Luckily I was just there...

The staff was not pleasant to deal with and they provided mixed messages about early check in requests. You have to pay for parking on the property, which isn’t secure or monitored. If charging you think underground and security would be provided."

"We really enjoyed our two double bed suite. It was cozy with comfortable furniture. The kitchenette had everything you could possibly want. We come to Guelph every fall to visit family and this is the best hotel in our opinion. The breakfast buffet is good. And they have a small bites supper for free midweek. That was really nice because after a long day of traveling, going out to eat wasn't appealing. We will always stay here on future trips. Staff was helpful and nice. Overall, a very good...
