"I arrived in an ice storm, and I was desperate.
I had made my reservation online, but when I arrived there was only a room available on the second floor. They refused to let me go up because I was a Senior and it was so icy and dangerous. Instead, they took the time to clean and prepare another room on the main floor and made me feel safe and protected. I was so grateful!

"My 2nd stay here. Room was clean. Staff greeted me with a smile. Christmas decorations ouside were beautiful. Inside was amazing. Loved the slender Christmastree on the step presents underneath. Made me feel at home. I find this place is way better than a hotel or motel. Staff makes my stay more personal rather than just another customer.
If you looking for a cozy, home away from home in Brampton than this is the place to be. "
