"The first staff we met the Arab guy he was awesome great service but in the morning there was India lady she was very rude and disrespectful we asked to check out to like move to different hotel she told us that we can’t refund the deposit unless we wanna apply it to a different stay cause we check out 30 minutes late"

"The Hotel is in a strategic location, close to many highways. There's ample parking, rooms were clean, with many amenities. Staff were extremely friendly and very courteous and ready to help in any situation. Breakfast was simple but appreciable and coffee and tea was always available. It's highly recommended for anyone and I will definitely stay again whenever I'm in Toronto."
