"Poor ventilation! The bathrooms didn’t have fans and humidity in the rooms were so bad the carpet was moist. We changed rooms and the new room was slightly better. It smelled damp, even with the air-conditioning running it was uncomfortable."

"Not clean. The pillows were like a bunch of rags in a pillowcase, I had some type of bug bites on me all over my arms and face. I called the property to ask if there were bedbugs, they said "nobody has said anything" and when I asked for a follow up call he said "sure" and hung up the phone. Very noisy from the floor above me. I called down to the front desk and they must have said something because it did quiet down at least. But one week later I'm still dealing with itchy"
