The hotel was well kept. At first I wasn’t expecting a good stay because my bed was super noisy but I ended up sleeping well. Staff was helpful.

The room was nice, but the TVs didn’t work when we arrived and had to be reset and restarted and took a while. Our door didn’t lock or latch most of the time. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

The lighting was so dim that it was like night lights were lighting the room. The two chairs that were in the room were both dirty. The toilet was visibly filthy. Very very disappointed.

Every person working at the Hotel would either say hello or if you had a question stop and talk to you. We asked for more toilet paper, and the kindest cleaning staff went out of her way and had it in our room when we got back. The breakfast was top notch; the area was spotless at all times, and she was always helpful with a smile. Everyone was just truly genuine, and I would stay there again no question. Note to the Hotel owners-please value all your staff that work at this location they are all amazing!!!

Loved the hotel! Just 2 concerns - The bathtub was SO backed up, I was standing in 4-5 inches of water after showering; Also, We had to ask for pool towel every day. The hotel should have these readily available, especially when the hotel has many guests!

This hotel was filthy and the rooms smelled like smoke the staff was not overly great or friendly. My wife and daughter were extremely disappointed with this stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We would definitely stay here again. Besides the lighting in the bathroom being kind of dim, everything was great. The staff was great, knowledgeable and kind, and the amenities were all clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the patio with pizza! Also there were a lot of staff so it always seemed like someone was around should you have questions. The rooms were updated as well.

Overall our stay was good. It took a bit to find the outdoor seating area because you have to access it through the pool. The key reader leading back into the pool area didn’t work so I had to go around the side. Not a huge deal but was not favorable. Our room was clean but had an odd smell. Several of the outlets didn’t work and the lighting was very dim. TV worked well, beds were comfortable, and shower pressure was good. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for a place for the night but don’t set your expectations super high.
