"The staff at the front desk was amazing. ( Welcoming, Good Spirits, Smiles. Our Room was so Welcoming to. The minute we walked in. Very clean. The Weather Temp. Was 25 degrees outside and couldn’t miss the Hot tub on the top of the roof. And the sitting around the open Camp fire. What an experience and Beautiful CHRISTMAS DAY to fully enjoy this visit to Crosby. We will BE Back. A Beautiful ⭐️ given to this place, employees, everyone. 😊"

"The room was great - clean and had everything you could possibly want. Lots of drawers and closet space too. Every single staff person that I came in contact with was AMAZING - so nice and helpful and I could tell they liked their jobs. Besides a couple of loud people in their rooms on my floor and the late night smell of weed, it was a good choice. I would definitely stay here again. "
