I love the chilled & sparkling water tap! However, rooms are looking very tired, old and in need of a refurb. Better pillows, USB ports and adding some soundproofing would be good too On the whole great service, food & drinks but poor rooms and sleep quality "

"Not the friendliest of welcomes. A meeting cancellation meant I arrived early but I wasn't allowed to check in. The staff I encountered throughout my stay were distant and aloof. Signage around the sprawling site was poor so I ended up wandering around to find various amenities. For the positives, the room was clean and the breakfast was good quality "

"The room was fantastic, plenty of space, nice hot shower and towel rail but the radiator was not on."

"It was a quick business trip, so no time to use the facilities. The room was indeed snug but perfectly adequate for one night. The lighting is very low, so difficult to put make up on etc. great iron, hairdryer etc. The main issue was the bathroom, which smelt mouldy, which was very disappointing. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful. I didn't have a chance to visit the pool and sauna however. Only item to note is the central heating system was broken the weekend that I stayed. The hotel helpfully supplied a portable heater, which helped in the evening. "

"Had to wait for someone to come to the desk and then she forgot to give us a key. I am allergic to feathers and she brought ida new comforter and pillow but it was actually a dirty matresss cover. Was so gross. We just slept under the duvet cover. Hair in the shower. Not impressed at all. "

"We had a wonderful stay here with our son, both sets of grandparents, and our dog, and it was perfect for everyone. From the moment we arrived, the first impression was fantastic. The spa was lovely and a great place to relax, and the food was brilliant throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, although it did take a little while to arrive.
