"We were disappointed with our choice of properties, Our first room had a strong sewer smell and the resort was responsive and helped to find us another room. We asked for a rollaway bed and when it arrived it was dirty and rusty with an old mattress and not suitable to set up and use. We were surprised that they would offer this to us.
