"We loved the facility, amenities like a great breakfast, the room and bed very comfortable. However, the house keeping service seemed very understaffed. Each day we left our room about 10:30, and though we asked the front desk to please have our room serviced by our return at 3pm, both days there we had to call for service after 3pm, with no cleaners’ carts in sight. "This is a very large property therefore you may arrive to find you have the whole place to yourself or it could be filled with convention and/or large parties. Since it is a large property be prepared to possibly be staying a long walk from amenities.
The staff in the bar, restaurant, valet, and front desk were very helpful and friendly.
HOWEVER, we stayed 5 nights and only had hot water one of those. Shower and faucet produced ice cold water only, in spite of several trips to the front desk. ...
