"The view of the harbor and how peaceful it is. We enjoyed the walk to various places including Fisherman's Wharf, Parliament building, and places to eat. The staff is excellent from the front desk, the concierge, and the person who took care of our luggages. Friendly, patient and very helpful with every questions."

Joo Lee at check in was very nice and helpful, the ladies that cleaned the rooms were super friendly. For an older hotel it was very clean and welcoming. All the flowers in the gardens were beautiful. Nice and close to the city centre for shopping and restaurants "

"After the check in process took over 10 minutes, one of the valet people came over to me while I was unpacking bags (with two kids under 2) asking me to move my vehicle as I had taken up the spot for more than the allowed 10 minutes. I asked him to recognize the situation before requesting I move the car, to which he said “we can’t have you parking here longer than you have - you must move”. Incredibly shocked by this interaction, I told the front desk immediately. The valet person was “talked to”. "
