"The house itself was great but I got an email that appeared to be from the rental company asking for additional money for the stay (I didn’t pay this but the email didn’t appear to obviously be phishing). Additionally, I had to call the rental company to get the property details (door code, WiFi password, etc.) as it wasn’t sent 24 hours before the stay as they claimed."

"My family and I stayed for two night. The house was very nice and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms were nice and they supplied plenty of toilet paper, shower soaps, and towels. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. TVs had Roku’s (although the bedroom remote batteries were dead) but the living room had plenty of space for us to all hangout and watch a movie at night together. A few critiques. They had plenty of sleeping space for everyone but not enough blankets...

At one time we told the gate guard our address, the guard told us that Luxe Vacations did not put us on the gate list and insisted that we pay the gate entry fees. He further told us to get reimbursement from Luxe Vacation. We have called Luxe Vacation three times and we have send Luxe Vacation a number of emails and requested reimbursement.
