"The property is nice and well-maintained. However, the receptionists were quite rude during our check-in, which made our arrival experience disappointing. The customer service could definitely be improved."

"Very pleasant stay even if it was only one night !
The staff was very kind and helpful regardless of our midnight arrival.
The room was cozy and had an amazing view of the mountains and the beautiful sunrise with early plane take offs to enjoy.
Would gladly visit again when the opportunity comes !"

"Customer service was excellent. We mentioned that we were there for our anniversary, and the staff remembered it when we interacted, and provided a treat for us to celebrate with. Not necessary, but very much appreciated.
The included breakfast was amazing, with more options than I have ever seen at a hotel before.
It would have been nice if we didn't have to pay for the parking, or at least a discount during our stay."
