"When i arrived in the reception desk, there was an upset guest who were arguing with the staff then the guest left and decided not to stay there. I was not aware there was paid parking. I was not told the swimming pool not working, so my little one had changed and went to the pool and came back to the room disappointed. "This was my 3rd stay at the Lofts du Villages, but unfortunately there were quite a few problems. First they checked me in and when I entered the unit the housekeeper was inside cleaning the room. This was a little awkward. Also, in my group at least 3 people were locked out of their rooms because the keys stopped working for no reason.
