Your employee didnt pay attention to what i was telling her. I had to repeat multiple times, she seemed confused. I asked her to charge my room cost on the card i used to book the room (debit mastercard). I then gave her my CC for the deposit for the room, again she was confused. So as for charges, she got the room cost right, but she put a $220 deposit on my Debit card as well (which was suppose to go on my CC. Then she put a $186 deposit on my CC, which i got back. I did not get the $220 back from my Debit card. Terrible service. Language barrier as well.
