"Siempre utilizamos esta cadena de hoteles durante nuestras vacaciones, estuvimos tres días y dos noches y ningún día tuvimos Internet, la habitación olía a humedad y el aire aconcionado roto por abajo… el personal fue muy atento y escucho las observaciones que dejamos… en general es la primera vez que nos pasa en esta cadena de hoteles"

"When we checked in another person staying at the property came in to say that their ac was not working. They were told they had already ordered ac’s and they would install theirs that night. I made a joke about ours not working and they said, “yours should work. If not then call.” We got into our room and it was at least 85 degrees and called and let them know. They told us their order of ac’s were on the way and they would install them that night. So they rented out rooms knowing the ac didn’t...
